During 8 weeks we carry out a systematic training of attention through different mindfulness practices. We work focusing the attention on the body, on the mind and we also develop an open and voluntary way of paying attention in the present moment.
Through this training you will be able to face stressful situations from a different perspective, consciously managing emotions and choosing the responses you give to the situations you live. It integrates knowledge and experience with these practices of mindfulness to daily life, both mentally and bodily. It also addresses the conscious communication with others, achieving greater empathy and understanding in relationships with others. Adequate time management is developed, as well as greater ease in conflict management. Mental rumination is reduced, spending less time in the past or future, becoming more aware in the present moment.
The learning and training of mindfulness helps us to be more aware of what we feel, think and do, and in this way we can identify our automatic patterns and observe whether they suit us or not.

This Master brings together relevant personalities from the world of Mindfulness and the student takes a series of core subjects that will show in depth the theoretical, methodological and process knowledge of Mindfulness and mindfulness-based interventions.
The Master will include in its program both a three-day retreat and two days of urban retreat days, and finally, the student can choose between three optional modules: Mindfulness in education, Mindfulness in clinical interventions or Mindfulness in companies, through an open format of International Conferences.

The practice of Mindfulness has its origins in Eastern meditation practices, such as vipassana meditation. It consists of being aware of what is happening to us at each moment, maintaining awareness in the here and now and living it with fullness and acceptance, without judgment.
Personalization: They allow navigation through a website, platform or application and the use of the different options or services that exist in it (e.g.: control data traffic, identify the session, remember the elements of an order).
